Name: GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOL OWERRI.

In around the early 90s there were no recognized groups called YCS but some pious groups of students were seen gathered between 1996 to 1998 until when the first administration emerged.

This included Chigozie Egejuru as president and Uzoma Okeke as Catholic Prefect. This duo laid the first foundation and was succeeded by a trio in 2001. This was headed by Nwachukwu Dirichukwu as President, Onwuekwe Chukwuemeka as Secretary ,Ngoka Celestine as Financial Secretary and Nwankwo Chidiebere as the PRO/Provost. This tenure inaugurated the section in November 2001. They were succeeded in 2002 by the tenure headed by Okolie Ikenna as President, Ikebunna Chima as Secretary and Anorue Nicholas as Financial Secretary. This team was succeeded by the team that is piloting the sections affairs till now. This team elected in July 2003 is headed by Francis Ezegbe as President, , Okoro Chukwuemeka as Secretary, YCS SL YCS! SEE, JUDGE AND ACT.
